This guide explains where you can go to view information about the subscription fees that you pay to Convictional.
How to View Past Subscription Invoices
Invoices for subscription fees can be viewed in your Stripe billing portal. You can access your Stripe billing portal from the billing settings menu in Convictional by clicking Access Billing Portal.
Customers Outside of Canada
Subscriptions for customers outside of Canada are issued out of a Stripe account located in the US. To view your subscription invoices, please navigate to your billing settings and click Access US Billing Portal. The button only appears if you've had a subscription before.
