How to Resend an Advance Ship Notice
In this tutorial, we will walkthrough how to resend an Advance Ship Notice (ASN). It is also known as an EDI 856 document. You should start by logging into your account. Select "Orders" on the left side and click the order you want to resend the Advance Ship Notice for. Near the bottom of the page, you should see a section called "EDI Records".
This section will contain all documents with the associated order. You can click on the retry button (second from the right), and it should resend the exact same Advance Ship Notice. If you need to verify it before sending it, you can download the document (button on the left).
