We make it easy to get and stay in touch with us so that we can learn from your experience and improve our product. Each support email gets tagged and reviewed for ways we could improve your experience next time. Our goal is to make the product so good you never have to contact support again.
We currently offer support 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday in EST. We also receive notifications 24/7 about any unexpected syncing behavior. We resolve order sync issues within 24 hours and product sync issues within 48 hours. No action is needed on your part for us to be notified and resolve it for you.
